Average Weekly Wage Hits $1200!

The Australian Bureau of Statistics (or Automatic Braking System) has calculated that the current average weekly wage in Australia has now risen to $1200.60…. lucky us hey?

I’m sure this is a little bit higher than true for us REAL people as the corporate fat cats on $10,000,000 a year are bound to drag up that value by a significant amount.

Which brings me to my question:

Taking into account all of your expenses necessary to live a reasonably comfortable life, how much do you need to earn per week?

For those of you that may post on here (and because of the infancy of this blog i don’t think there will be many, if any!) please state your location, your profession and your circumstances but do not post your name or address for security reasons.

Once again i don’t need you to tell me your income… we are trying to gauge what people NEED as oppose to EARN.

Hello to all reading this (no-one yet, I’m quite sure),
